The ‘Tuttu’ or reindeer of Greenland play a huge part in the culture of the inuit people. A relationship of mutual dependence has existed between humans and Reindeer for millenia, with the inuit having adapted to the extreme conditions of the arctic their existence has depended entirely on hunting. Every part of the reindeer is used with nothing going to waste; it becomes a source of Clothing, food, shelter and tools.
